Watching Coors Field Fireworks from my balcony

July 4, 2017 by davespates

Fireworks at Coors Field, Denver, 4th of July

View of Coors Field Fireworks Downtown Denver, Colorado

The fireworks from Coors field started at approximately 9:40pm on July 3rd, 2017, at this point I started a time-lapse on my Nikon D610, using the Tokina 11-16mm lens, which is a little too wide from where I was shooting the 4th of July fireworks in LODO, but may give it another try for tomorrow nights show with a more narrow view.

The same show of fireworks in downtown Denver, will also take place on July 4th, 2017, approximately 25 minutes after the final out of the Colorado Rockies baseball game. So this is the time-lapse I took of the firework display over Coors Field in downtown Denver. So this is pretty much a video o a 30 minute firework display squeezed down into less than 30 seconds. Hope you all enjoy!

How long does the fireworks last at Coors Field?

On July 3rd, the fireworks began at about 9:40pm, the end of the fireworks was at 9:52pm’ish. So a little over 10 minutes of fireworks with a pretty kick ass and loud finale. Tomorrow I will change up the time lapse settings to last a little longer and put a different type of camera lens on as well. Happy 4th of July everyone!
