According to coloradorealtors.com, the Denver Metro area is one of the hottest real estate markets in the United States as of October 2015. With more than 5,000 active licensed real estate brokers, the competition is rough. There are many things that a realtor can do to make themselves standout from their competitors and one of those can be a professional head shot.
I like to research the types of headshots that I take for my clients, and I’ve done plenty of it. I’ve seen pictures taken with cell phones for their head shots, along with cheesy off white backdrops from bed sheets mixed with horrible lighting, equaling a horrible head shot. With so much competition out there, you want to make sure that your clients see the professional ‘you’ at your best.
I have invested thousands in camera gear and lighting equipment to make sure that I give you just that, the perfect headshot for your real estate portfolio. I will give you several looks, with the options to change outfits so that we can get a diversity of perfect head shots for your blog, Linkedin profile, facebook page, realtor page, whatever it may be, I will guarantee that you are going to look great.
It’s not only the professional cameras and lighting that make a great photograph, the gear I have makes it easy to get evenly lit and sharp head shots, but at SpatesPhotography I take it many steps further than that. I will be instructing you on different poses, facial expressions, to get the most natural look out of you so you are not looking like a deer in the head lights when in front of my camera.
I prefer and recommend horizontal up close and tight head shots for Denver realtors with a little bit of negative space off to the right or left, but it’s your photoshoot and I can work with you if you prefer another type of headshot. With a nice white/grey background, your face will be the absolute center of attention in the head shot, as it should be.
Headshots for Denver real estate agents start off at $150.00, and you will get anywhere from 10-15 keepers that you will be able to use for web or print. I like to tether the photographs directly to computer as I am shooting, so we can go over the photos during the shoot and make adjustments as necessary. You can see my headshot portfolio here.
